PREAMBLE
The meeting started with a drama by the teachers titled “The Good, the bad and the ugly teacher”. The message of the drama was to depict the good teacher as a 21st century teacher, who is students centered. He makes the students think and makes learning interesting. He is friendly and firm. The bad teacher on the other hand is an agrarian teacher, who believes in forcing learning down into the students. The students are scared of him and do not always want him in the classroom. The ugly teacher is not organized, lacks classroom management skill and do not always prepare for his class.
